Our client offers an exceptional opportunity to join a market leading business as a Digital Designer. The company is striving to enhance their online customer experience and has a number of exciting new and ongoing digital developments happening.You will be joining a business that is going through an exciting period of development within the department and you will be responsible for driving forward the customer experience and providing exciting, creative, and high quality designs for a range of mediums. Within the role you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and varied environment where you will have the chance to bring real creativity and new ideas to the role. As Digital Designer you will use the product, customer and business User Stories to translate and form tangible customer designs across multiple platforms. Furthermore you will support the commercial team by basing design on the associated documentation, usability learning's and Digital Marketing best practise (e.g. wire-frames, customer journey and design flows as required) Key Responsibilities:· Produce graphic and HTML content in line with briefs provided by the promotions manager including page layouts and themes, email designs, site graphics, banner ads and flash animations.· Be accountable for the delivery of all the above BAU changes - ensuring that changes are delivered effectively and any issues with changes are resolved promptly.· Design concepts for site changes and new projects and to present creative solutions to the wider team with relation to the original brief. · Work with the digital marketing teams to analyse effectiveness of content and continually optimise future designs. Focus heavily on supporting commercial requirements with a well-designed user-experience.Key Skills:· A-level or above in a relevant field.· Proficiency in analytics, understanding of wire-frames, HTML, segmentation and customisation tools.· Able to use products within the Adobe Suit to a high standard (Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Illustrator)· Experience of working with Content Management Systems and an in-depth knowledge of current design trends and techniques· You will be a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong team player and have the ability to thrive within a fast paced and often demanding environment.In return our client offers a competitive remuneration with the opportunity to develop your career within a fast paced and vibrant environment.
