Assistant Management Accountant

Our client, an iconic, prestigious brand leader is looking for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their growing team.

This is a fast paced role that offers career progression within a global business.

You will be supporting the Finance Manager in producing accounts and financial reporting for several group companies and responsibilities will include:

·     Supporting with management accounts production including accruals, prepayments and journals.

·     Balance sheet reconciliations.

·     Reviewing the P&L looking at income, overheads and margins.

·     Dealing with foreign currencies.

·     Cashflow management.

·     Fixed asset register.

·     Transactional processing of purchase and sales invoices.

Ideally you will be AAT qualified with at least 3 years' relevant experience.  You should be IT literate (a knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential) and able to prioritise a high volume workload within a small team.

This role is within commuting distance of places such as Northampton, Market Harborough, Rugby, Coventry and Lutterworth.
