Management Accountant

An experienced Management Accountant is required to join our client's thriving, fast paced business in Northampton.

The role is offered with hybrid working, annual bonus and the chance for personal development. 

You will be supporting the senior management team by taking responsibility for preparing management accounts and delivering accurate reporting and analysis per cost centre. 

Specific duties will include:

Preparation of management accounts accurately and to deadlines.
Financial reporting and analysis.
Completing VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
Assisting with budgets and forecasts.
Ensuring the stock valuation and adjustments are recorded correctly.
Responsible for balance sheet controls.
Maintenance of supply chain accruals for each client and product.
Ensuring that cost of each product is correct and investigating differences on margin.

Ideally you will be a fully qualified Accountant or finalist level, although QBE will be considered.  You must have excellent Excel skills.  You will have previous management accounts experience, ideally working with stock and have strong reporting and analytical skills.
