With the Christmas and New Year break rapidly approaching we would like to take this opportunity of wishing you and your loved ones a safe, happy festive season and a healthy and prosperous 2022.
The New Year will no doubt present the continuation of “unprecedented” challenges, one of which will be the ongoing demand for skilled candidates. In readiness for this we have committed a 3-fold increase to our marketing and advertising expenditure which will run in conjunction with our newly implemented CRM candidate database and company website. In short this means than in addition to all our regular attraction strategies, your jobs will appear on no fewer than 5 additional dedicated job sites. We are also expanding the team at one2one which has already doubled in size since exiting lockdown.
Finally, and in keeping with previous years, we will not be sending out cards and merchandise as we will be donating this money to our chosen charity – Crisis at Christmas. No one should be homeless and alone this Christmas and a small donation can provide shelter, companionship and a hot meal whilst providing the first steps to reaching out of homelessness.
